Dr. Aloe has over 25 years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Dr. Aloe has experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, certified instructor for Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, certified instructor for the American Red Cross, regional trainer for the National Task Group on Intellectual Disabilities & Dementia, and California state instructor and proctor for the Direct Support Professional Training certification program.
